Terms & Conditions
A weekly content ritual for makers — one session generates posts and articles grounded in your website, ICP, and voice.
These Terms are a contract between you and Awwesome Ltd (Mineout, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Company details
Mineout is operated by Awwesome Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales, United Kingdom.
Email: support@example.com. Postal: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
1. The service
We provide the software and features described on the website and in-product, including tools to generate and review content drafts based on information you supply (such as your website, ICP, and voice settings). We may change, improve, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using the service.
2. Accounts
You need an account for protected areas. Sign-in is provided through our authentication partner. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting unauthorized access; disrupting the service or other users; violating applicable law; submitting unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or using automated access beyond fair personal use. You are responsible for content you publish elsewhere after copying drafts from Mineout.
4. AI-generated content
Draft posts and articles are produced using artificial intelligence from inputs you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your audience. You must review and edit drafts before publishing. We do not post to social networks on your behalf. Nothing generated by the service is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content and materials you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that material only as needed to operate the service (including sending relevant inputs to our AI provider to fulfil generation you request). You confirm you have the rights needed to provide that material.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, prices, and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Polar. Your purchase may also be subject to Polar's checkout buyer terms and their privacy policy. Awwesome Ltd is responsible for providing the Mineout service under these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel renewal from the billing area in the product. If you cancel renewal, you typically keep access until the end of the current paid period shown in billing; after that, paid features may be restricted until you subscribe again. Cancelling renewal is not the same as deleting your account.
Card statements may show Polar, Mineout, or another label from the payment network. Refund requests are considered case by case; contact us at support@example.com. Mandatory consumer rights under UK law are not affected by these Terms.
7. Third-party services
The product relies on third parties for authentication, hosting, database, email, analytics, payments, and AI processing. Their terms and privacy practices may apply in addition to ours. We do not control third-party services. A summary of processors is in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Intellectual property
Mineout, its branding, software, and our proprietary materials are owned by Awwesome Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes while these Terms apply and while any required fees are paid.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Awwesome Ltd and its officers and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill)
- Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100
11. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using Mineout at any time. You may delete your account from the Account page when signed in; that process is described in our Privacy Policy and may cancel an active subscription and remove product data. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the current version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may notify you by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
